The first step of textile product processing is spinning. The process of spinning is making yarns from the textile fibres. The following are the major steps of spinning.
1.Blow room
2.Carding
3.Drawing
4.Winding
The process of producing a fabric by interlacing warp and weft threads is known as weaving. The lengthwise threads are called the warp, and the other threads, which are combined with the warp and lie width wise, are called the weft. An individual thread from the warp, of indefinite length, is called an end; each individual length of weft, extending from one edge of the cloth to the other, is called a pick.
After the weaving process, the fabric is received in a roll form. There are several procedures that are followed in this process which helps to convert it, into a dhoti.
Quality is our strength. Every single product of Ramsons is checked and quality assured before it reaches our valuable customers.
We follow high level packing standard, to ensure that our products reach customers safely.
